1. Refund Window
You are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of subscription activation, provided no more than 2 sessions have been attended.
2. Eligible Circumstances
- Subscription cancellation within the 7-day window. - Service non-delivery due to unresolvable technical issues on our side. - Documented medical conditions preventing the child from participating.
3. Ineligible Circumstances
- Exceeding the 7-day period since activation. - Attendance of more than 2 sessions. - Violation of platform terms of service.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 14 business days using the original payment method.
